hereinafter referred to as “Tileme”.
The Trade Program is intended for professionals working in interior design, architecture, property development, and interior fit-out.
The purpose of the program is to make it easier to design, select, and order ceramic tiles for their clients’ residential and commercial projects.
Membership in the program is intended exclusively for individuals acting in connection with their business or professional activities.
The program is not intended for end customers purchasing tiles for their own private use.
Membership may be requested by, in particular:
During registration, we may request information necessary to verify the applicant’s professional activity, such as the name of the company or studio, company registration number, business email, website, professional profile, portfolio, or information about an upcoming project.
Submitting the registration form does not automatically entitle the applicant to membership.
Each application is reviewed individually. Where necessary, we may request additional information or documents confirming the applicant’s professional activity.
The applicant will be informed of the membership decision by email.
We may reject an application in particular if:
Membership is free of charge, non-transferable, and is linked to the approved individual, company, or studio.
Approved members may, depending on the type of project, have access to:
The specific scope of support depends on the nature of the project, the information and materials provided, technical feasibility, and current production capacity.
Approved members receive a 15% discount off the current standard price of standard ceramic tiles for orders of 1 m² or more.
For orders from 0.5 m² to 0.99 m², the standard price without the trade discount applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Trade pricing:
To apply trade terms, a member must inform us of their membership before a quotation is prepared or an order is confirmed.
A member may place an order at trade pricing through their own company and may subsequently determine the terms and price at which they provide or sell the tiles to their client. Tileme does not determine the price at which a program member offers the products to their client.
The member is responsible for their own quotations, invoicing, tax obligations, and contractual relationships with their clients.
A program member is not a sales representative of Tileme and is not authorised to enter into contracts, make binding commitments, or change Tileme’s prices, production times, or commercial terms on behalf of Tileme.
If an order is to be paid for and received directly by the member’s client, the project must be registered with Tileme before a quotation is prepared.
Tileme may refuse to assign a project to a program member if the client or project was already in contact with Tileme before the member’s registration, or if the same project is claimed by multiple partners.
The Sample Kit is intended exclusively for professional use when presenting materials to clients.
The Sample Kit costs €49 incl. VAT. With the first order of standard tiles of at least 2 m², this amount will be deducted from the order total, provided that the order is placed within 12 months of purchasing the Sample Kit.

Sample shipping is charged separately according to the delivery location. Samples may also be collected in person from our studio in Bratislava by prior arrangement.
Quantity calculations, recommended allowances, tile layout plans, and other proposals are prepared based on the dimensions and information provided by the program member or their client.
Tiles are handcrafted and made to order. Stated production and delivery times are indicative and only begin once the conditions specified in the quotation have been fulfilled, in particular after the order has been confirmed, the required payment has been received, and a sample has been approved where this forms part of the project.
Shipping is charged separately according to the delivery location, size, and weight of the shipment. Personal collection is available from our studio in Bratislava by arrangement.
In addition to these terms, each individual order is subject to the General Terms and Conditions and the terms stated in the individual quotation. In the event of any conflict, the written individual quotation confirmed by Tileme shall prevail.
Tileme may ask a program member to provide photographs of a completed project and information necessary to credit the project.
Publication of a project on the website, social media, or in catalogues is not an automatic membership benefit and depends on the quality and suitability of the materials provided and the consent of all relevant parties.

In the event of a breach of these terms, we may suspend or terminate membership and cancel any entitlement to unused benefits. This does not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for, unless the breach is directly related to the specific order.
Tileme may reasonably change the scope of benefits, the trade discount, sample terms, or other program rules.
The current version of these terms will always be published on the website together with its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated to members by email.
Changes will not apply retroactively to orders that have already been confirmed in writing.
Personal data provided during registration is processed for the purposes of reviewing applications, administering membership, providing benefits, and communicating regarding specific projects and orders.

Marketing newsletters are voluntary and are based on separate consent or another applicable legal basis. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect the validity of membership or necessary communication concerning the member’s account, project, or order.
Membership in the Tileme Trade Program does not create an employment relationship, sales agency, joint venture, franchise, or exclusive partnership between Tileme and the member.
Legal relationships arising in connection with the Trade Program are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory applicable law or an individual written agreement provides otherwise.
