All orders are shipped with trusted courier companies. Ceramic mosaic tiles are securely packed in boxes and placed on pallets to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
Shipping time: Transport usually takes a few working days, but the exact delivery time depends on the destination. For a more precise estimate for your location, please contact us.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.
Where we deliver: We ship throughout the entire EU as standard. If you would like delivery outside the EU, please contact us and we will be happy to check the available options and shipping costs for you.
All ceramic mosaic tiles are made to order. The timeframes below are therefore only indicative and the delivery time may vary depending on our current production capacity or the size of the order.

The basic price for our handmade tiles is 295 € / m2.
For larger projects, we offer quantity discounts that are automatically applied in the shopping cart:
10% discount for orders over 4 sqm.
15% discount for orders over 10 sqm.
Yes, in the following cases:
B2B within the EU (Reverse Charge): If you are purchasing as a VAT-registered business within the European Union (with delivery outside Slovakia), the reverse charge mechanism applies. After entering your valid VAT ID in the shopping cart, the order will automatically be invoiced without VAT.
Export outside the EU: For orders delivered to countries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, USA, United Kingdom), we invoice the goods without VAT. Please note that additional customs duties and local taxes may apply in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
The tiles are supplied on mesh sheets for easier installation. Install them on a clean and degreased surface using white flexible tile adhesive, and then apply grout in the color of your choice.
For cutting, we recommend using a diamond blade, ideally with water cooling. If necessary, use a diamond file or sanding sponge for subsequent fine grinding and edge finishing.
For cleaning, use a soft cloth and warm water with a mild detergent (ideally natural-based). Avoid harsh chemicals, acid-containing products, and wire brushes to preserve the natural beauty and luster of the hand-applied glaze.
