Every order is carefully inspected before shipment. If, however, there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We accept returns or claims only in the following situations:
If the number of tiles delivered does not match the quantity stated in your order.
If the tiles were damaged during transport or arrived in an unusable condition.
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, take photographs immediately and contact us without unnecessary delay.
If you received a different colour or tile shape than the one you ordered due to our mistake.
Please note that our ceramic tiles are handmade. Slight variations in colour, shade, glaze, texture, and surface finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted ceramics and are not considered defects or valid reasons for a return.
