All orders are shipped via courier services. Tiles are securely packed in boxes, placed on a pallet.
Personal Pickup
You may also pick up your order in person. Once your order is complete, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time. Personal pickup is free of charge.
Shipping Cost
The price depends on the total weight of the order. For most EU countries, the price is determined in the cart.
For cleaning, use a soft cloth and warm water with a mild detergent (ideally natural-based). Avoid harsh chemicals, acid-containing products, and wire brushes to preserve the natural beauty and luster of the hand-applied glaze.
The tiles are supplied on mesh sheets for easier installation. Install them on a clean and degreased surface using white flexible tile adhesive, and then apply grout in the color of your choice.
For cutting, we recommend using a diamond blade, ideally with water cooling. If necessary, use a diamond file or sanding sponge for subsequent fine grinding and edge finishing.
We recommend adding an allowance for cuts (5–10%) to the total area.
