2. Purpose of the Program<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Trade Program is intended for professionals working in interior design, architecture, property development, and interior fit-out.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The purpose of the program is to make it easier to design, select, and order ceramic tiles for their clients\u2019 residential and commercial projects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Membership in the program is intended exclusively for individuals acting in connection with their business or professional activities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The program is not intended for end customers purchasing tiles for their own private use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
3. Who Can Apply<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Membership may be requested by, in particular:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • interior designers,<\/span><\/li>
  • architects and architecture studios,<\/span><\/li>
  • design and interior design studios,<\/span><\/li>
  • developers undertaking recurring projects,<\/span><\/li>
  • contractors, suppliers, and other professionals who select or recommend materials to their clients.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    During registration, we may request information necessary to verify the applicant\u2019s professional activity, such as the name of the company or studio, company registration number, business email, website, professional profile, portfolio, or information about an upcoming project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    4. Membership Approval<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Submitting the registration form does not automatically entitle the applicant to membership.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Each application is reviewed individually. Where necessary, we may request additional information or documents confirming the applicant\u2019s professional activity. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    The applicant will be informed of the membership decision by email.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    We may reject an application in particular if:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • the applicant does not meet the program requirements,<\/span><\/li>
    • their professional activity cannot be sufficiently verified,<\/span><\/li>
    • they have provided false or misleading information,<\/span><\/li>
    • they are an end customer purchasing for their own private use,<\/span><\/li>
    • the request concerns wholesale or reseller business that requires separate commercial terms,<\/span><\/li>
    • there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse of the program or its benefits.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      Membership is free of charge, non-transferable, and is linked to the approved individual, company, or studio.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      5. Membership Benefits<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      Approved members may, depending on the type of project, have access to:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • trade pricing on the standard tile collection,<\/span><\/li>
      • discounted or project-specific samples,<\/span><\/li>
      • the option to purchase a Sample Kit,<\/span><\/li>
      • digital catalogues, lookbooks, and technical resources,<\/span><\/li>
      • digital textures and patterns for use in visualisations,<\/span><\/li>
      • consultations on shapes, colours, and colour combinations,<\/span><\/li>
      • assistance with calculating the required quantity and recommended allowance,<\/span><\/li>
      • tile layout plans and fit-to-space solutions,<\/span><\/li>
      • consultations on trims, corners, and other technical details,<\/span><\/li>
      • showroom visits in Bratislava together with a client by prior arrangement,<\/span><\/li>
      • individual terms for larger or custom projects.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        The specific scope of support depends on the nature of the project, the information and materials provided, technical feasibility, and current production capacity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        6. Trade Pricing<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        Approved members receive a 15% discount off the current standard price of standard ceramic tiles for orders of 1 m\u00b2 or more.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        For orders from 0.5 m\u00b2 to 0.99 m\u00b2, the standard price without the trade discount applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        Trade pricing:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        • applies to the standard tile collection,<\/span><\/li>
        • does not automatically apply to shipping, samples, Sample Kits, mould production, testing, custom colour or shape development, fit-to-space services, or other additional services,<\/span><\/li>
        • cannot be combined with public promotions, volume discounts, discount codes, or other special offers,<\/span><\/li>
        • cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been confirmed or paid,<\/span><\/li>

          \n\t\t\t\t\t
          7. Orders Placed by Program Members<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          To apply trade terms, a member must inform us of their membership before a quotation is prepared or an order is confirmed.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          A member may place an order at trade pricing through their own company and may subsequently determine the terms and price at which they provide or sell the tiles to their client. Tileme does not determine the price at which a program member offers the products to their client. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          The member is responsible for their own quotations, invoicing, tax obligations, and contractual relationships with their clients.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          A program member is not a sales representative of Tileme and is not authorised to enter into contracts, make binding commitments, or change Tileme\u2019s prices, production times, or commercial terms on behalf of Tileme.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t
          8. Client Orders Placed Directly with Tileme<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          If an order is to be paid for and received directly by the member\u2019s client, the project must be registered with Tileme before a quotation is prepared.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          Tileme may refuse to assign a project to a program member if the client or project was already in contact with Tileme before the member\u2019s registration, or if the same project is claimed by multiple partners.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t
          9. Samples and Sample Kit<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          The Sample Kit is intended exclusively for professional use when presenting materials to clients.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          The Sample Kit costs \u20ac49 incl. VAT. With the first order of standard tiles of at least 2 m\u00b2, this amount will be deducted from the order total, provided that the order is placed within 12 months of purchasing the Sample Kit. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          The credit:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          • cannot be paid out in cash,<\/span><\/li>
          • is non-transferable to another individual or company,<\/span><\/li>
          • does not apply to shipping or additional services,<\/span><\/li>
          • cannot be combined with the deduction of another sample pack unless otherwise determined by Tileme.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

            Project-specific samples of particular shapes and colours are provided subject to availability and production capacity. Tileme may set a reasonable limit on the number of free or discounted samples provided for a single proje <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCustom samples requiring colour mixing, production of a new shape, or test firing may be charged separately on an individual basis.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

            Sample shipping is charged separately according to the delivery location. Samples may also be collected in person from our studio in Bratislava by prior arrangement. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSamples are intended for general assessment of colour, finish, and material. Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, the final order may naturally vary in colour, texture, dimensions, or finish. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t
            10. Digital Resources<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCatalogues, photographs, textures, patterns, technical sheets, and other materials provided as part of the Trade Program remain the intellectual property of Tileme or their respective authors.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMembers are granted a non-exclusive right to use these materials:\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
            • in visualisations of projects in which Tileme products are being specified,<\/span><\/li>
            • in presentations and proposals for their clients,<\/span><\/li>
            • when communicating about an upcoming or completed project involving Tileme.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe materials may not be sold separately, publicly distributed, provided to third parties for further use, or presented as products of another brand.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDigital colour representation is for guidance only. Before confirming an order, we recommend assessing a physical sample in the intended space and under actual lighting conditions. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t
              11. Project and Technical Support<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              Quantity calculations, recommended allowances, tile layout plans, and other proposals are prepared based on the dimensions and information provided by the program member or their client.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe member and their client are responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions provided and for verifying them directly at the installation site. We also recommend consulting the final material quantity and installation method with the installation company or tiler. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTechnical support does not include construction supervision, installation, or responsibility for substrate preparation or the installation itself.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t
              12. Quotations, Production, and Delivery<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEach quotation is prepared based on the specific project, selected shape, colour, area, scope of additional services, and delivery location.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              Tiles are handcrafted and made to order. Stated production and delivery times are indicative and only begin once the conditions specified in the quotation have been fulfilled, in particular after the order has been confirmed, the required payment has been received, and a sample has been approved where this forms part of the project. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              Shipping is charged separately according to the delivery location, size, and weight of the shipment. Personal collection is available from our studio in Bratislava by arrangement. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              In addition to these terms, each individual order is subject to the General Terms and Conditions and the terms stated in the individual quotation. In the event of any conflict, the written individual quotation confirmed by Tileme shall prevail. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

              13. Photography and Presentation of Completed Projects<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              Tileme may ask a program member to provide photographs of a completed project and information necessary to credit the project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPhotographs or the partner\u2019s name will not be used for marketing purposes without prior agreement or permission to use them.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              Publication of a project on the website, social media, or in catalogues is not an automatic membership benefit and depends on the quality and suitability of the materials provided and the consent of all relevant parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t
              14. Prohibited Use of the Program<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              Members must not:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
              • provide their trade account or discount to an unauthorised person,<\/span><\/li>
              • use trade terms for private orders unrelated to their professional activities,<\/span><\/li>
              • provide false information about Tileme products or services,<\/span><\/li>
              • represent themselves as an employee, representative, or exclusive partner of Tileme,<\/span><\/li>
              • use the Tileme brand, photographs, or digital resources without authorisation,<\/span><\/li>
              • circumvent the program terms by creating multiple accounts or registering the same order through multiple individuals.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                In the event of a breach of these terms, we may suspend or terminate membership and cancel any entitlement to unused benefits. This does not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for, unless the breach is directly related to the specific order. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                15. Membership Term and Termination<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tA member may terminate their membership at any time by email to info@tileme.sk.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTileme may terminate membership in particular in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse of the program, provision of false information, or termination of the member\u2019s professional activity.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAfter a prolonged period of inactivity, Tileme may request that the member\u2019s details be verified again.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t
                16. Changes to the Program<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                Tileme may reasonably change the scope of benefits, the trade discount, sample terms, or other program rules.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                The current version of these terms will always be published on the website together with its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated to members by email. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                Changes will not apply retroactively to orders that have already been confirmed in writing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                Personal data provided during registration is processed for the purposes of reviewing applications, administering membership, providing benefits, and communicating regarding specific projects and orders.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                Marketing newsletters are voluntary and are based on separate consent or another applicable legal basis.                 18. Final Provisions<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                Membership in the Tileme Trade Program does not create an employment relationship, sales agency, joint venture, franchise, or exclusive partnership between Tileme and the member.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                Legal relationships arising in connection with the Trade Program are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory applicable law or an individual written agreement provides otherwise.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
